What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 onwards and check-out is by 11:00. All Vamelon apartments offer self check-in via a locker / lockbox. The code and a short walkthrough video are sent the day before arrival.

Where exactly are the Vamelon apartments?

All three apartments are in the same new building at Portarias 4, Athens 115 23, Greece — a quiet residential street three minutes on foot from Panormou metro station (blue line, M3).

Is parking included?

P7 includes two free carport spaces, P5 includes one free carport space, and P6 has free on-street parking on a quiet block.

Question 4

How do I get from Athens Airport to Vamelon?

Accepted Answer

The metro from Athens International Airport (M3 blue line) reaches Panormou in about 35 minutes, direct, with no changes. A taxi or Uber is around €40.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Within 14 days, 50% is refunded. Within 48 hours of check-in, the booking is non-refundable.

How fast is the Wi-Fi at Vamelon?

All three apartments offer verified fast Wi-Fi: P7 at 201 Mbps, P6 at 198 Mbps and P5 at 203 Mbps, all with dedicated workspaces. P6 also has an ethernet connection.

Are kids, cots and families welcome?

All three apartments are family-friendly. P7 and P6 both have cots available on request, and P5 sleeps up to six and is purpose-designed for families.

Are pets or smoking allowed at Vamelon?

Smoking is not permitted indoors — balconies and terraces are fine. Pets are not allowed. Service animals are accommodated on prior request.

Is the calendar synced with Airbnb and Booking.com?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Vamelon's calendar is synced live with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo via iCal, eliminating any risk of double booking.

Is payment on Vamelon secure?

Payments are processed by Stripe with full PCI-DSS compliance and 3D Secure. Card details are never stored on Vamelon's servers. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
