What's included
The P7 penthouse comes with two private carport spaces. The P5 family apartment has one private carport space plus easy free on-street parking. The P6 balcony apartment uses free on-street parking on a quiet residential block — we've never had trouble finding a space within a minute of the door. All three are in the same building at Portarias 4, Panormou.
Why it matters here
Central Athens is dense: paid garages add up quickly over a week, and street parking near the centre is a daily hunt. A dedicated space means you park once and take the metro everywhere — the station is three minutes away — so the car is there for day trips and the metro handles the city.
Good for
Road trips to Delphi, Nafplio or the coast; families arriving with gear; longer stays; and anyone timing a hire car return around an early flight — the airport is a direct metro ride away.
