What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 onwards and check-out is by 11:00. Both apartments offer self check-in via a locker / lockbox — we will send you the code and a short video the day before you arrive.
Where exactly are the apartments?
All three apartments are in the same brand-new building in Panormou, Athens — a quiet residential street three minutes on foot from Panormou metro station (blue line, M3). The exact address is shared once your booking is confirmed.
Is parking included?
P7 includes two free carport spaces and P5 includes one. P6 has free on-street parking on a quiet block — we have never had a problem finding a space within a minute of the door.
How do I get from the airport?
The metro from Athens International Airport (M3 blue line) drops you at Panormou in about 35 minutes — direct, no changes. A taxi or Uber is around €40 depending on time of day.
Is the booking cancellable?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before your check-in date. Within 14 days, you receive 50% back; within 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable. We are flexible if anything serious comes up — just message us.
Is the wifi fast enough to work from?
Yes. All three apartments have verified wifi at 198–203 Mbps with dedicated workspaces. P6 also has an ethernet connection if you need a wired line for calls.
Are kids and cots welcome?
All three apartments are family-friendly. P7 and P6 both have cots available on request. P5 sleeps up to six and is designed with families in mind.
Do you allow pets or smoking?
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments — balconies and terraces are fine. Pets are not allowed at this time. If you have a service animal, please contact us first.
How does the booking sync work?
Our calendars are synced live with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo via iCal. Anything you see as available here is available across every channel — there is no risk of a double booking.
Is payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
